The goal of the Memphis Black Expo is to address the needs of the community by serving as a catalyst to improve conditions in the African-American community by creating a family-oriented environment that celebrates, empowers and cultivates the community including small businesses, nonprofits, community based organizations and corporations. It also celebrates the excellence in arts and entertainment among youth and adults. In addition, it provides an opportunity for education in areas of health and wellness, finance, technology and business development through workshops and interactive displays. The Memphis Black Expo is a weekend full of excitement, education, and entertainment for all age groups.
